How minorities rule-run or ruin societies
1.Hello children and adults who behave like children
2.Todays podcast is about minorities who run -rule or ruin our societies and country
3.Many of you will be thinking of Ethnic minorities-that is not the group in want to discuss
4.In any society a small number of people determine how we live-how we work-how we are governed
5.let’s look at a few of these minorities
6.Every country has crime-the rates varies but the types of crimes are the same
7.There are two types of criminals (1) opportunists (2) career criminals. The second group the most dangerous
8.Using the example of the UK. The number of criminals in any country is usually a small number
9.But the damage they do is immense to the general non-criminal majority
10.To apprehend and convict a person is costly and time consuming for the state and taxpayer
11.With serious crimes a person will be held in custody(prison) until the person’s trial
12.The trial is costly with lawyers and court costs
13.Recently a fraud trial cost the taxpayer $millions of $Dollars and collapsed with $14 million spent on the trial prior to collapse
14.The judge decided the complexity of the case was too complicated for the jury to understand
15.It costs about $1 million $dollars to solve a murder case by the Police
16.it costs $54,000 to $60,000 to keep a person in prison
17.With youth prisons it can be up $300,000
18.Those prisoners with mental health issues or drug addiction-the costs will be higher
19.With ever rising crime in the UK-The Police-legal system and prisons are kept very busy
20.There is a serious shortage of prison places-with the result that people who have committed serious crimes-do not automatically get sent to prison. Where they belong
21.in the UK 29,000 repeat offenders cost the UK tax payer $5 billion per year
22.The total cost of crime costs $billions
23.In the UK the security industry is booming-from CCTV to security guards to burglar alarms and other security measures such as window locks
24.The UK has more CCTV cameras per population than many other countries
25.The clear up rate for crime is very low-for theft less than 5% conviction rate
26.With theft-many incidents are related to drug abuse. A drug addict needs to steal many $thousands of $dollars’ worth of goods to fund their drug habit.
27.The stolen goods often sold for 10% or less than market value
28.The Police in the UK are over whelmed by crime-as a result they only prioritise serious crime.
29.So-crimes like theft have low priority-which leaves home owners to provide their own means of securing their property
30.In the London area phone theft is rampant-thieves on electric cycles will grab high end mobile phones from people using them in public spaces
31.As people demand action-the Police will say we need more money-while the Politicians will say the Police are given enough money
32.Having been subject to car theft and house burglary-I can say the Police and politicians do very little to help victims
33.The Police will give you a crime number for possible claim from your insurance company
34.They also give you a contact number of a social support organization if you are distressed.
35.Some residents in the UK have organized their own vigilante patrols in their neighbourhoods
36.A small minority decent hard-working people have left the UK for good-a country in long term decline
37.With so many types of crimes and rising-what can be done
38. Tiger Moto’s solutions to crime are
1.Steralize habitual offenders so that there will be no more of them
2.Since repeat offenders do not change their behaviour and prisons do not work
3.Have a gated city where they can live out their miserable lives
4.This gated community will have cameras to monitor them
5.They will not get welfare-forced to learn a skill-get educated and work
6.Work will be brought to them-much can be done online-say inputting data for public and private organizations
7.Since they will be sterilized-they can donate sperm or eggs to a bank prior to being sterilized
8.if at some future date they become civilized members of society
9.They can be put back into mainstream society and have children by unconventional means
10.What I have suggested may seem unduly harsh-but this is only for repeat offenders who are unwilling to change
