Jane Doe and the Magnificent Seven

For those not familiar with the above title. Let me explain-Jane Doe is the anonymous name of a Cornell University student-who has alleged being raped by seven male students.

The background to the story is Miss Jane Doe attended a party accompanied by her boyfriend at Cornell University student halls of residence.

The party consists of the usual drugs-alcohol sex and rock’n’roll. All the participants in this party were taking drugs and consuming alcohol. The boyfriend asked Miss Jane Doe was happy to have sex with two other guys including himself- what is known as a three-some.

She accepted the proposal-they went to a room where the sordid sex sessions took place with her full consent. She then had sex with four other students.

The next day her reputation spread all over the University and on social media. she decided that she was raped and did not consent to have sex with the others.

She first tried to bring criminal charges-which were rejected by the police-who after investigation saw no evidence to suggest she was raped.

She is now bringing a civil prosecution for the alleged rape charges. Cornell University has been dragged into this sordid affair-as the alleged rape took place on its premises.

Already some of the male students have been expelled-Miss Jane Doe has gone back home. If the civil prosecution is successful then all Universities will be liable for this kind of behaviour in the future.

The slut shaming of Miss Jane Doe and the demonization of the male students who believed they were having consensual sex-has brought to the wider public of what goes on in universities.

Universities are places of learning-what students do in their spare time and in private is not the concern of the University.

As many students live on university student lodgings-there are codes of conduct-that they do not participate in criminal activity-drug taking or other activities which may tarnish the reputation of the University.

1.Majority of people who go to university are under 25years old-majority 18-24 years old.

2.At this age range these students are not fully formed adults capable of making rational decisions.

3.They are away from home-and free from parental control-to get themselves into trouble

4. there is no one to monitor their immoral or un-ethical behaviour. They can pursue activities which their parents may object to

5.A nineteen-year-old male adult is at his peak testerone level and eager to stick his penis in any female he meets-consent or no consent.

6.Fresher week -when new students arrive at university should be called ‘orgy week’.

The queue at the local pharmacy is very lengthy with students wanting the morning after pill.

7.It takes ‘two to Tango’-the female students are willing to participate in these sex-drugs and rock ‘n’roll parties. They are not forced to go to these parties.

8.As feminists have told women they can do what they please with their bodies-they are doing so and are now facing the consequence-‘slut shaming’.

9.In the UK Universities market themselves as a having a vibrant nightclub scene in the city.

10.I Live in the UK-the city of Manchester has over 100,000 students attending each year.

11.You see the female students at weekend dress like prostitutes-their intelligence is not on display-at the bars and night clubs

12.The way a woman dresses and behaves in public is a clear sign to the men-she is either saint or sinner

13.Female students are deluded that they can find their ideal partner at university

14.Ladies you are not going to get a life time commitment award from a sex starved nineteen-year-old.

15.Men do not mature till they are around 35 years old. This means if you are young-in your twenties- marrying an older person with resources-career-education and high income may be the best option

16.The other option of marrying some one of your own age-means taking a great risk.

17.A person at nineteen years old will not be the same person in their thirties. You are making a decision on limited knowledge.

18.It is better to have a traditional marriage and a marriage contract with lawyers and the police present.

19.In case of disputes the police and lawyers will have the contract and enforce any breach of conditions

20.The problem is that no man wants to commit to a long-term contract such as marriage-they say in public at the wedding. In private a man uses the ‘wait and see’approach.

If things do work out, he will exit the marriage/relationship as soon as possible.

21.So-most girls at university are guaranteed to be disappointed-with divorce rates around 50% and for co-habiting couples-the separation rate is much higher

22.With modern educated women having unrealistic expectations-they all want a high value man with a good income

23.Since these men are minority-they are chasing a dream

24.A woman only has her youth and fertility to bring to a relationship-this is time based

25.It is best for her to find a suitable partner between 18-24 years-when she is in pristine condition

26.Once she passes this small window of opportunity-the marital gates closes fast and her only option is to marry someone who is willing-not the person she may want

Solutions for Jane Doe and others

1.With Universities campuses full of young people-away from parental control. With drugs-alcohol and promiscuity rife-what can be done

2.The nights of old had a simple solution to ensure their wives remained faithful-while they were away on crusades.

3.The chastity belt-it may have been unformattable-but it worked

4.With modern technology we can make a modern-day chastity belt with a digital pin code

5.The female student can decide who she wants sexual relations with using her pin code for entry

6.Just like your phone pin-3 wrong tries will lock the chastity belt and the owner will need to provide evidence of their identity and other relevant information to unlock the belt and a new pin number will need to be issued.

7.The digital chastity belt gives the owner complete control and freedom

8.No un-authorised entry-no more rape cases-no more date rape cases

9.The chastity belt can be linked to parental control. However-this could be problematic as at 18 years old-a person is considered an independent adult-free from parental control

10.If Jane Doe is intoxicated or high on drugs-she will not be in a fit position to unlock her chastity belt-this will ensure no un-authorised access

12.The more technology wise male students may be able to unlock-with a cyber attack

13.Here we would employ the services Barak Obama-one-time former US President

14.He was the whitest black President in US history-He was elected on a welfare reform ticket.

15.He took money from Wall Street and votes from the Black community and the working poor-and promised to protect them from each other

16.Once in power he rescued Wall ST and the bankers WITH TAX PAYER MONEY

17.And dumped the black community-many had their homes repossessed

18.This despicable human being was known as the ‘Drone killer’

19. Former President Bush Junior used to capture terrorists and lock them up in Guantanamo Bay and have them tortured

20.Barak Obama sent drones to kill them-no need for a trial-evidence-justice or due process of law

21.Since retirement he has his own ‘killer Drone Company’.

22.So-in the event of anyone tampering with the Jane Doe’s chastity belt-Barack Obama’s company will send a miniature drone which will target the erect willy before entry-and destroy it

23.This will send a message to all others-the consequences of not getting consent or tampering with Jane Doe’s chastity belt

24.Universties will be safe from being embroiled in Jane Doe cases in the future
